• When should I be at the stop?

  Please make sure you are at the bus stop 5 minutes before the bus is scheduled to depart at the latest.

• Do I already need to have a ticket on me to board the bus?

  No, you can purchase your ticket from the driver of the bus in person, immediately before starting your journey.

• Which luggage size is allowed?

  We guarantee to transport two items of standard size per person travelling. Items of luggage and objects deviating from this standard size (i.e. larger than 90 x 70 x 40 cm) are counted as "oversize luggage". We will transport this oversize luggage on the bus free of charge - again, you are responsible for it - as long as there is still sufficient space remaining after all items of luggage have been loaded, and the roadworthiness and operational safety of the bus is guaranteed.

• How much luggage am I allowed to take with me onto a Vienna Airport Bus?

  You can take two items of luggage onto our buses free of charge. You are responsible for the items of luggage being transported. Please see the regulations as defined in our Terms and Conditions.

• What animals am I allowed to take onto the bus with me?

  Assistance dogs are allowed to travel with their owners free of charge. Small animals are also allowed to be taken on board in a closed container, and transported free of charge. Dogs are allowed to be transported half-price. No other kinds of animals may be transported on our buses.

• What do I do if I lose a piece of luggage at Vienna Airport Bus?
