The Vienna Airport Bus takes you quickly, directly and comfortably from Vienna Airport to the city centre or the Uno City Area and back.
Three express lines pick you up daily from various Viennese districts. Our buses stop at 8 stations with underground connections.
- VAB 1: Line VAB 1 bus runs from Vienna Westbahnhof via Vienna Hauptbahnhof (South Entrance) to Vienna Airport. Buses run every 30 minutes. Operating hours towards the airport are 3:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m., return 4:30 a.m. - 1:00 a.m.
VAB 2: Line VAB 2 bus runs from Morzinplatz/Schwedenplatz to Vienna Airport. Operating hours towards the airport are 3:30 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. (half-hourly service until 9:30 p.m., then hourly), return 4:15 a.m. - 12:15 a.m. (half-hourly service until 10:15 p.m., then hourly). - VAB 3: Line VAB 3 bus connects Donaustadt to Vienna Airport. The Vienna Airport Bus stops at the following stations: Donauzentrum - Kagraner Brücke - Hotel NH Danube City - Kaisermühlen/VIC (Austria Center) - Krieau (Messe Wien) - Stadion - Donaumarina - Vienna Airport. Line VAB 3 runs hourly between Donauzentrum and Vienna Airport from 4:58 a.m. to 7:58 p.m. and back from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. A new service from the airport to Donauzentrum at 9:30 p.m. has been added since 14 December 2025.
